Role Name: Sales Development Representative

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with one hour of unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll own the entire front end of the sales funnel for a multi-faceted financial services business. This isn’t just about setting appointments – you’ll be building relationships, qualifying serious prospects, and actively participating in closing deals across real estate, mortgage, and accounting services. You’ll work directly with the business owner to identify high-value opportunities and convert them into revenue. This role offers significant growth potential as you’ll be instrumental in scaling operations across three profitable business verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through strategic research and targeted list building
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and phone to prospects in real estate and financial services
  • Qualify prospects across residential and commercial real estate, mortgage lending, and tax services
  • Set high-quality appointments and warm up leads for the sales team
  • Actively participate in sales conversations and help close deals
  • Build and maintain comprehensive prospect databases and contact management systems
  • Follow up systematically with potential clients to nurture relationships through the sales cycle
  • Support business development initiatives across all three service lines
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in financial services or real estate
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions over phone and email
  • Experience with cold calling and email outreach campaigns
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Bilingual English proficiency required
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services
  • It helps if you’re familiar with residential and commercial property markets
