Luxury Brand Partnerships & Social Media Specialist

Schedule:

  • Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)

  • Flexible within US hours

  • Client location: Twin Lakes, CO, MST

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and aesthetically driven Luxury Brand Partnerships & Social Media Specialist to elevate and amplify our client's brand presence across digital channels, luxury partnerships, and earned media. This role sits at the intersection of luxury branding, storytelling, influencer engagement, and strategic communications.

The position reports directly to the Brand President and works closely with the Director of Capital Markets & Strategic Growth to ensure brand, investor, and growth narratives are consistently aligned across all public-facing channels. The ideal candidate understands how premium brands grow through association, alignment, and narrative, and has a strong ability to position a luxury brand alongside world-class lifestyle, outdoor, design, and purpose-driven partners—while maintaining a refined, authentic, and cohesive brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Integration & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic associations with luxury brands, premium lifestyle companies, outdoor and adventure brands, hospitality, design, fashion, and wellness partners aligned with the client's values.

  • Coordinate cross-brand visibility initiatives including co-branded content, shared storytelling, brand mentions, and partnership announcements.

  • Develop and execute a brand-association strategy that enhances the client's prestige, credibility, and reach through thoughtful alignment rather than traditional advertising.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage the client's social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, select emerging platforms) with a focus on quality, restraint, and narrative coherence.

  • Create and curate content that reflects the client's ethos—architecture-led design, stewardship of land, luxury with purpose, and elevated mountain living.

  • Maintain a consistent visual language and brand voice across all digital channels.

Press Releases & Earned Media

  • Write, edit, and distribute compelling press releases related to developments, partnerships, milestones, launches, and brand announcements.

  • Build and maintain targeted media lists including luxury real estate publications, lifestyle outlets, design media, outdoor and conservation media, business journals, and regional and national press.

  • Proactively pitch stories and manage outreach to editors, journalists, and media organizations to secure earned media coverage.

Influencer & Thought-Leader Engagement

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, tastemakers, and thought leaders aligned with the client's brand—particularly in luxury real estate, architecture, outdoor lifestyle, conservation, travel, and entrepreneurship.

  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, features, and organic brand mentions that enhance credibility and brand equity.

  • Ensure all influencer relationships feel authentic, selective, and aligned with the client's long-term positioning.

Brand Stewardship & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand President and the Director of Capital Markets & Strategic Growth to ensure all messaging aligns with brand vision, long-term strategy, investor communications, and capital markets positioning.

  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and brand discipline across all public-facing communications. Support special projects, launches, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in social media management, brand partnerships, public relations, or luxury marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working with or representing luxury, premium, or high-end brands
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, particularly in press releases and brand narratives
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and earned-media strategies
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility and strong judgment around brand alignment and positioning
