Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm Eastern

Job Description: You’ll own the front end of the sales process, identifying prospects and setting up qualified appointments that directly drive revenue growth. This role combines the satisfaction of connecting with potential clients with the financial rewards of performance-based bonuses. You’ll work with a Managing Director who handles presentations, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships and generating opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Execute multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and text messaging
  • Identify and connect with decision makers within target companies
  • Qualify prospects and schedule presentations for internal sales team
  • Build and maintain prospect pipeline using systematic follow-up processes
  • Research potential clients and customize outreach messaging
  • Track and report on key metrics including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates
  • Support lead generation initiatives and market research activities

Requirements:

  • B2B sales or telemarketing experience with proven appointment-setting results
  • Comfort with phone-based prospecting and objection handling
  • Proficiency across multiple communication channels (phone, email, text)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach effectively
  • Bonus if you have experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services sales
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
