Role Name: Cold Caller & Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind this startup’s growth, connecting with key prospects in real estate, construction, and finance through high-impact cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. This isn’t just dialing for dollars—you’ll be introducing game-changing technology to an industry ready for transformation. You’ll work directly with the founding team, follow proven scripts, and play a crucial role in building the company’s client base from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting real estate, construction, and finance professionals
  • Conduct strategic LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Follow provided scripts and talking points to effectively introduce the company’s technology solutions
  • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain consistent daily calling momentum and activity levels
  • Track and report on call metrics, appointment-setting performance, and conversion rates
  • Work directly with company founders to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Manage CRM data and lead pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting with measurable results
  • Strong English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
  • Comfortable working independently while meeting performance targets
  • Bonus if you have experience in real estate, construction, or finance industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
