Role Name: Social Media Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 9am to 8pm Mountain

Job Description:
You’ll play a crucial role in fueling business growth by identifying and engaging with high-quality prospects through strategic social media outreach. This isn’t your typical “spray and pray” approach – you’ll use a proven system that builds authentic relationships before making contact. You’ll work with clear processes, detailed tracking systems, and earn performance bonuses for every successful client onboarding that results from your prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Research and vet prospect profiles based on specific avatar criteria targeting Canadian markets
- Execute strategic social media engagement including liking photos, commenting on posts, and following target prospects
- Send personalized outreach messages using provided templates and proven messaging frameworks
- Complete 20 targeted prospect outreach attempts daily across a 5-day work schedule
- Maintain detailed tracking records in Google Sheets including profile links and outreach dates for all contacts
- Follow systematic step-by-step processes for each stage of initial prospect engagement
- Hand off qualified prospects to leadership team for continued relationship building and conversion
- Support potential expansion to additional team members as the program scales
Requirements:
- Proven experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram
- Strong attention to detail for following specific outreach protocols and systematic processes
- Ability to identify and evaluate prospect profiles based on provided criteria and avatar specifications
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking, documentation, and maintaining detailed records
- Understanding of professional social media engagement practices and relationship-building approaches
- Ability to work independently while following established systems and processes
- Bonus if you have experience in lead generation or prospecting roles
