Client Overview
Our client is a commercial real estate brokerage team specializing in net lease investment sales. Our client is looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Lead.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, flexible within the client's business hours (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to assist the Marketing Lead with the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Listing Management: Manage and refresh property listings on marketplace platforms (specifically Crexi, LoopNet, and others) to ensure top placement and accuracy.
- Photo Enrichment: Edit and enhance property photos using Adobe Lightroom (color correction, lighting adjustments, and blue sky replacement) to make our listings stand out.
- Marketing Materials Production: Perform data entry and layout adjustments within Adobe InDesign templates for Offering Memorandums (OMs), flyers, and proposals.
- AI-Assisted Research: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft market summaries, demographic overviews, and tenant profiles for our marketing packages.
- Asset Organization: Organize property photos, floor plans, and due diligence documents in our cloud storage (Dropbox/Google Drive).
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant role is required. Experience in real estate is a major plus.
- Adobe InDesign proficiency is preferred, but you must be comfortable working within existing templates (updating text, swapping photos).
- Adobe Lightroom proficiency is preferred, but you must be able to perform basic photo editing and enhancement to improve visual appeal.
- Attention to Detail: You will be handling financial data (Cap Rates, NOI, Price). Accuracy is critical.
- Communication: Professional written English skills.
Tech Stack You Will Use
- Design: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom
- Real Estate Platforms: Crexi, LoopNet, Costar.
- AI Tools: ChatGPT or similar.
- General: Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Slack/Teams.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
