Job Description:
You’ll be the backbone, ensuring every travel experience is flawlessly organized and accessible to clients. Working behind the scenes, you’ll play a crucial role in building out client-facing platforms and managing the intricate details that make luxury travel seamless. This is an opportunity to support high-end, personalized travel experiences where your accuracy and attention to detail directly impact client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Inbox management and prioritisation to ensure nothing is missed
• Organising and structuring information across the business so processes are easier to follow
• Implementing systems and workflows that improve efficiency
• Helping streamline the booking and client communication process
• Assisting with task tracking and project management
• Supporting the implementation of strategic ideas and improvements we identify
• Documenting processes and creating internal systems so the business becomes less reliant on manual oversight.
• Ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and key tasks are being tracked properly
Requirements:
- Experience or strong familiarity with travel industry logistics and client needs
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of international travel requirements and destination knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience with travel software platforms (Travify, Galileo, Travelport)
- It helps if you’re familiar with project management tools like Trello and email marketing platforms like MailChimp
- Bonus if you have a worldly perspective and understanding of global travel logistics
