Social Media Marketing & Transaction Management Specialist

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); split focus with 20 hours dedicated to social media marketing and 20 hours to transaction management

They’re launching new initiatives including a podcast and expanding their digital presence across multiple platforms.

Job Description: You’ll be the creative and operational backbone of a thriving real estate business, wearing two distinct hats that make every day interesting. On the marketing side, you’ll shape the company’s digital presence across social platforms, create engaging content, and manage their emerging podcast initiative. On the operations side, you’ll ensure smooth transaction processes and maintain compliance standards that keep deals moving efficiently. This unique hybrid role offers the perfect blend of creativity and precision for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit videos and create engaging reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing calendars with consistent posting schedules
  • Edit podcasts and provide creative content ideas to drive engagement
  • Coordinate content creation by directing team members on specific recording needs
  • Manage occasional paid advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions
  • Process purchase and sale agreements, property disclosures, and transaction documents
  • Conduct public records searches and complete related compliance forms
  • Upload and organize documentation in Keller Williams Command CRM system
  • Edit document templates and process new landlord onboarding information
  • Handle invoice and contract data entry to support all three business divisions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis
  • Experience with Canva for graphic design and content creation
  • Knowledge of MailChimp for email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with Dropbox and Google Drive systems for file management
  • Strong attention to detail for transaction document processing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across creative and administrative functions
  • Experience with social media content creation and video editing
  • Bonus if you have Keller Williams Command CRM experience (full training provided)
  • It helps if you’re comfortable switching between creative and analytical work throughout the day
