Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage dynamic pricing and operational software for short-term vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in PriceLabs, hands-on experience with Airbnb tools, and strong proficiency in OwnerRez to ensure optimal revenue management, occupancy rates, and seamless property operations. This full-time role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to maximizing rental performance.

 

Responsibilities

Revenue Management & Pricing

• Configure and optimize PriceLabs settings to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand to adjust strategies
• Generate and analyze performance reports to guide pricing decisions

Airbnb & Software Management

• Oversee Airbnb platform tools, ensuring accurate property listings, calendars, and availability
• Manage OwnerRez for reservations, guest communications, and property management workflows
• Ensure smooth integrations between PriceLabs, Airbnb, OwnerRez, and other systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with software support teams as needed

Operational Oversight

• Maintain consistency across multiple property listings
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize listing visibility
• Collaborate with property owners and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business goals

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on revenue, occupancy, and market trends
• Recommend improvements to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction

 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with PriceLabs, OwnerRez, and Airbnb tools
• Advanced knowledge of dynamic pricing strategies and vacation rental software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple properties simultaneously
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with flexibility to address urgent operational needs
