Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records and keep day-to-day transactions accurate and organized. This role focuses on tracking income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, payments, and receipts)
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances
- Prepare basic financial reports such as profit & loss and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track expenses and support budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure all financial records follow company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
- Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Xero
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
