Job Summary

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling all inbound customer calls for auto insurance inquiries, including questions about payments, policy reinstatements, rewrites, and re-quotes. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with policy administration, and support internal sales and marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound calls from clients and customers, addressing questions regarding payments, policy reinstatements, rewrites, and quotes.
  • Generate accurate insurance quotes for clients in compliance with company pricing guidelines.
  • Assist with processing and organizing sales documents, including storing signed documents on the company server for future reference.
  • Maintain organized financial records of commissions, fees, and expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with clients and customers to ensure all required documents are submitted promptly and accurately.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sending direct communications via email, SMS, or social media to potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients, customers, and colleagues as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and reliable work schedule; ability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience with financial tracking and record-keeping, including understanding commissions, fees, and expenses.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing and filing sales documents.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or customer service representative is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating with a team.
