Sales Closer

Job Overview: You’ll join a results-driven sales team where your closing skills directly impact small business success. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll work exclusively with warm leads who have already shown interest by engaging with advertising campaigns. You’ll have access to sophisticated sales tools, objection-handling software, and proven scripts to support your success. The role offers genuine growth potential with commission opportunities and the chance to expand your hours as you prove your impact.

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 9 am to 1 pm, and Thursday and Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm (EST) (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Convert warm leads generated from digital advertising campaigns into paying customers
  • Handle sales calls with small business owners who have already shown interest (opens and clicks)
  • Utilize provided objection-handling software and proven response scripts during calls
  • Close sales by converting interested prospects into advertising clients
  • Log detailed call results and outcomes in the company’s CRM system
  • Follow established KPIs and performance metrics to track success
  • Work with local business owners across various industries (restaurants, beauty salons, retail)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven sales closing experience (not just lead qualification or information gathering)
  • Clear, professional English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers
  • Experience working with small business owners preferred
  • Comfortable using phone systems, CRM software, and sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Available to work during Eastern Time business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience in digital marketing or advertising sales
  • It helps if you’re familiar with warm lead conversion processes
