You’ll take complete ownership of business operations for a dynamic facility services division, directly impacting a team of 30+ field employees while working remotely. This role puts you at the center of workforce management, client relationships, and operational excellence. You’ll be the key bridge between management, field staff, and clients, ensuring seamless operations across all business functions. Your bilingual skills will be essential as you support and manage a predominantly Hispanic workforce, making a meaningful difference in their daily operations and career development.

A well-established facility services company with a specialized division managing janitorial and floor maintenance operations across commercial buildings. This growing organization values operational excellence and is expanding their remote management capabilities to better serve their diverse workforce and maintain high service standards.

Schedule:

  • Eastern Time (Maryland) 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete workforce operations including timesheet auditing and time registration follow-up for 30+ field employees
  • Handle all client communication via phone and email to ensure service quality meets expectations and address special requirements
  • Run budget management and supply oversight by monitoring financial records and ensuring proper resource allocation
  • Conduct comprehensive paperwork management for all business operations and employee-related documentation
  • Provide bilingual support and communication with Hispanic field staff who may have limited English proficiency
  • Oversee candidate sourcing and recruitment processes for field positions
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure all staff are completing assigned tasks effectively
  • Manage client-provider relationship dynamics and maintain high service standards

Requirements: 

  • You bring fluent bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English (essential for effective workforce communication).
  • You have strong business operations experience with the ability to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously.
  • Experience in workforce management, preferably with field-based teams, gives you the foundation to succeed.
  • You’re proficient in timesheet management and payroll-related processes, with client relationship management skills and professional communication abilities.
  • Budget management and financial oversight experience rounds out your skill set, along with strong organizational skills for handling comprehensive business paperwork.
  • Bonus if you have experience in facility services or janitorial operations.
  • It helps if you’ve worked with immigrant workforce populations or have experience in remote operational management.
