Responsibilities
- Create compelling graphic designs and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Source products through various US-based portals and platforms to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with overseas factories on product development and sourcing initiatives
- Design product mockups and visual presentations that win client approval
- Manage email communications and follow-ups with international suppliers and clients
- Organize and coordinate multiple projects across different stages of development
- Support administrative tasks including Excel spreadsheet management and data organization
- Contribute creative input across diverse projects spanning multiple industries and markets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a business environment
- Hands-on experience in apparel mock-ups and design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required for daily use)
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design work
- Advanced Excel capabilities for data management and reporting
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt designs across different product categories
- Experience working with international suppliers or factories is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with global teams
