Care Coordinator & Scheduler
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and professional Scheduler to manage the "control tower" of our care operations. This role is critical in matching our caregivers with seniors to ensure safe, comfortable aging at home while maintaining the high standards of our advocacy-first approach.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with 1 hour unpaid break Pacific Time
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complex daily and weekly schedules for a team of caregivers and a diverse roster of senior clients.

Resolve staffing emergencies or "call-outs" quickly, ensuring no client is left without the care they need.

Communicate with families and staff with a calm, authoritative, and empathetic demeanor.

Requirements:

English fluency: Exceptional written and verbal skills for high-stakes communication with families.

Organizational Mastery: Ability to handle multiple moving parts under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy.

Professional Presence: A mature, seasoned professional with a results-driven mindset and strong personal discipline.

Background: Experience in health or home care scheduling is highly preferred.
