Job Description
You’ll join a dynamic accounting team where your expertise directly impacts client success and business growth. Schedule:

  • PH time zone from 3pm - 11pm (UK Business Hours Collaboration); 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for UK-based corporate clients
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks as primary platform
  • Handle client accounts using Dext and Apron for document processing and workflow management
  • Support TaxCal operations for tax calculations and compliance requirements
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting matters and financial reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed financial reporting and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards

Requirements

  • 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with demonstrated competency
  • Previous experience working with UK clients and UK accounting standards strongly preferred
  • CPA qualification or equivalent accounting certification is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills for professional client interaction
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
  • Bonus if you have experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
  • It helps if you’re comfortable learning new software systems and adapting to client-specific processes
