Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of customer excellence for a growing service business. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships by handling all customer inquiries, scheduling coordination, and service management. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, including the Field Routes system, to efficiently manage customer requests and communications. This position offers the perfect blend of customer interaction, administrative support, and growth potential as you help build the foundation of an expanding customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to customers for service-related matters
- Reschedule appointments and coordinate service timing with customers
- Schedule new services and manage appointment bookings
- Update customer billing information and account details
- Process alerts and requests through the Field Routes system
- Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances
- Complete administrative tasks during lower call volume periods
- Assist current customers with various service-related inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in customer service roles, phone-based
- Excellent communication skills with minimal accent for phone interactions
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Familiarity with customer service software and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and scheduling
- Professional demeanor when handling customer concerns
- Ability to work within your business hours and time zone
