This is an exciting opportunity to support a CEO who is actively building a multi-national company with entities across Spain, France, the UK, and the US. You'll play a crucial role in keeping the executive organized and efficient as they navigate complex international travel schedules and high-stakes investor meetings. This position offers the perfect blend of executive support and strategic coordination in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Scope:

No meeting attendance required

No transcription or note-taking during meetings needed

Primary focus on calendar management and daily briefings

Support during intensive fundraising periods with increased investor coordination

Work directly with CEO and cross-functional operations lead

Manage communications across multiple international time zones
Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's Google calendar across multiple time zones
-
Handle email management and correspondence
-
Prepare daily morning reports detailing meeting schedules, attendee context, meeting genesis, and relevant company information

Coordinate complex travel arrangements between Europe and the US regions

Track investor meeting history and follow-up requirements during fundraising periods

Send meeting agendas and relevant documentation to the CEO

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including direct reporting to both the CEO and the operations lead

Update investor relationship status and recommend follow-up timing
Requirements
-
Minimum 3- years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar)

Experience with Notion or similar project management tools

Strong ability to work across multiple time zones (Europe, US, Singapore)

Excellent written communication skills for daily reporting

Experience supporting executives during fundraising or investor relations activities

Ability to make independent decisions and improve standard operating procedures

Strong organizational skills for managing complex international travel
