Job Description:

You’ll be the voice that connects potential customers with life-changing insurance solutions. Working with pre-qualified warm leads through an established system, you’ll conduct brief but impactful conversations that help people find the right coverage while directly contributing to the agency’s growth. Client Overview: 

Join a growing independent insurance agency that’s part of a major national network with over 11,000 locations. This agency is actively scaling their lead generation operations and looking to expand from their current local team to a distributed workforce of 4-5 specialists. They use modern lead management technology and have a proven system for converting warm leads into customers.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week; 8 AM to 5 PM
• Client Timezone: Central Time (Chicago)

Responsibilities:

• Leverage the Ricochet 360 platform to efficiently engage with a high volume of warm prospects daily.
• Conduct qualifying conversations to understand prospects’ insurance needs and current coverage
• Ask key questions about vehicles to insure, current insurance providers, and existing rates
• Execute seamless warm transfers of qualified prospects to licensed insurance agents
• Follow proven scripts while maintaining natural, conversational flow
• Track and report daily call metrics and transfer success rates
• Work directly within the client’s CRM and phone dialer systems
• Maintain consistent performance standards to support team scaling goals

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable home office setup with high-quality internet and computer equipment
• Ability to maintain high call volumes while delivering quality conversations
• Comfortable following scripts while adapting to individual prospect needs
• Bonus if you have experience with phone-based customer interactions
• It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and auto-dialers

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
