Digital Marketing Coordinator

Schedule:

Client Overview: Support a dynamic telecommunications business owner ready to scale marketing efforts across three established retail locations. This company has the infrastructure and tools in place but needs a skilled marketing professional to execute campaigns and free up leadership to focus on high-level strategy and operations.

Job Overview: You’ll take ownership of executing marketing campaigns and strategies that drive customer acquisition across multiple retail locations. This role offers the perfect blend of creative execution and strategic thinking, working with established marketing tools while contributing your own ideas to grow the business. You’ll be instrumental in developing and managing digital advertising campaigns that directly impact revenue and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • 1) GoHighLevel (GHL) Management (CorePlatform)

      • Build and manage landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars
      • Create and maintain workflows/automations: SMS + email follow-up
      • Tagging, segmentation, and database hygiene
      • Pipeline organization and lead routing (sales follow-up ready)

    2) Facebook + Instagram Execution

      • Post consistently (3–5x/week) using provided content + your light content creation
      • Schedule content, monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries
      • Assist in creating campaign creative + copy for ads/promos

    3) Website Updates

      • Update promotions, banners, offers, and landing page links
      • Basic page edits and content updates to keep the website current

    4) Campaign Execution (Start → Finish)

      • Build and launch campaigns end-to-end:
        • Offer + messaging
        • Landing page + form
        • Follow-up sequence (SMS/email)
        • Social content and creatives
      • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and tracked properly

    5) Design Support

      • Canva graphics (ads, social posts, posters, promotional visuals)
      • Simple but clean brand consistency

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Facebook ads, and Google ads management
  • Proficiency with Canva for content creation and visual design
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM system is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of ads manager platforms and campaign optimization
  • Ability to execute marketing strategies while contributing creative ideas and improvements
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have experience with multi-location retail marketing
  • It helps if you’ve worked with telecommunications or mobile device marketing
