Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week—Monday to Friday, 1-hour break, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Gulf Standard Time
  • Client Time Zone: UAE Time (Dubai)

Job Description: 

You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation for an innovative mortgage brokerage targeting Dubai’s thriving real estate sector. This isn’t about hitting call quotas—it’s about building meaningful connections with boutique real estate agents and creating a pipeline that fuels rapid business growth. You’ll work directly with the business owner, focusing on quality over quantity while helping establish a new player in Dubai’s competitive mortgage market.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify boutique real estate agents across Dubai’s property market
  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Schedule high-value meetings between prospects and the business owner
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Focus on conversion quality—prioritizing meaningful connections over call volume
  • Provide regular reporting on lead generation activities and meeting outcomes
  • Support future mortgage administration tasks as the business scales
  • Develop outreach strategies for social media and digital lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key real estate industry contacts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development
  • Strong cold calling skills with excellent telephone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
  • Research capabilities for prospect identification and market analysis
  • Bonus if you have real estate industry experience or knowledge
  • It helps if you have social media and digital outreach experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
