Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on recruiting and onboarding qualified Childcare Educators, playing a crucial role in creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining our reputation as a top employer in the child care sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, including compliance checks, reference checks, and interviews.
- Conduct high-volume interviews, often back-to-back, to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes continuously and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Comfortable conducting interviews via video calls.
- Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated history of high performance and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a growing startup and influencing team culture.
- Eager to seize the unique opportunities presented by an early-stage company and help shape its future.
- Childcare experience is a plus but not required.
