As the business scales its nationwide network, they are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume partner expansion. Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting (The SDR Side):
- Targeting: Identify "ideal candidate profiles" using LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Apollo, or niche job boards.
- Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging sequences to generate interest.
- Pitching: Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, mission, and "why us" to passive talent.
- Funnel Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to convert "maybe" candidates into scheduled interviews.
Talent Qualification (The Recruiter Side):
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural add, and compensation alignment.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and "high-touch" experience from first touch to offer.
- Pipeline Reporting: Track conversion rates and report on pipeline health to hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Department Heads to refine personas based on feedback from the "market."
Requirements:
- High tolerance for rejection and the "grit" to keep dialing.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency with ATS (Lever, Greenhouse) and CRM/SDR tools (Salesloft, Outreach).
- Exceptional copywriting skills for personalized outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.
- Ability to manage time between heavy sourcing blocks and active interviewing.
