Job Description: 

You’ll wear two hats in this dynamic role: creative marketer and operational organizer. You’ll help transform their social media strategy while ensuring smooth administrative operations, directly contributing to both marketing growth and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule 4-5 engaging posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Transform professional photography and video assets into compelling social media content

  • Engage with followers and qualify leads through social media channels

  • Record and organize business receipts into an organized spreadsheet system

  • Respond to designated emails and handle administrative correspondence

  • Research and create educational content about gardening products and construction techniques

  • Support various administrative tasks as business needs evolve

  • Maintain a consistent social media presence and brand voice across platforms

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of social media management experience with portfolio of work

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks

  • Experience with spreadsheet management and basic financial record-keeping

  • Proficiency with social media scheduling tools and content creation platforms

  • Excellent written communication skills for both marketing and business correspondence

  • Ability to multitask effectively between creative and administrative responsibilities
