Job Description: You’ll drive revenue by selling premium branded content and advertising opportunities in an established industry newsletter that reaches the heart of the Filipino recruitment market. This isn’t cold prospecting—you’re working with warm leads and existing market relationships to close advertising deals. You’ll be presenting valuable exposure opportunities and content monetization strategies to companies who want to reach decision-makers in recruitment and staffing, making this ideal for an experienced salesperson ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising space, branded content packages, and newsletter sponsorships.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential advertisers in recruitment and related industries.
  • Present compelling advertising packages and demonstrate clear value propositions to prospects through digital platform metrics (reach, engagement, CTR).
  • Close deals independently and manage the complete sales cycle from contact to signed contracts.
  • Manage and grow long-term client relationships through proactive account and project management.
  • Work with existing warm leads and prospect database rather than cold outreach.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership on strategic advertising accounts.
  • Analyze and discuss campaign performance and results with clients to ensure ROI and renewals.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize revenue while delivering client value.

Requirements

  • You bring proven B2B sales experience, specifically in branded content, digital media sales, or publication advertising.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement) and how they relate to content monetization.
  • Ability to close deals independently without extensive lead generation support is crucial.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills help you articulate value propositions and handle detailed performance discussions confidently.
  • Experience in account management; ability to oversee the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Experience working with decision makers and budget holders in business environments is essential.
  • You’re self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Bonus if you have experience in recruitment industry advertising or newsletter/publication sales.
