Spanish Bilingual Sales Admin Assistant

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm PST with one hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to prospects from existing lead database
  • Perform appointment setting and sales outreach activities to convert accumulated leads
  • Handle administrative tasks including spreadsheet management and data entry
  • Support budgeting and financial administrative work using Excel
  • Manage lead generation and list building activities to expand prospect pipeline
  • Provide general administrative support as business needs evolve
  • Maintain organized records of all sales activities and prospect interactions
  • Collaborate with team on scheduling and operational coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience with outbound sales calling and appointment setting
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management for data analysis
  • Strong communication skills for phone-based sales activities
  • Administrative experience with budgeting and financial data management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt between sales-focused and admin-focused work as priorities shift
  • It helps if you have experience in customer service or lead qualification
