Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Creator Recruitment & Growth Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and monetization of TikTok creators. This is not a traditional sales role. It is an on-camera, revenue-owning position at the intersection of creator recruitment, live hosting, and talent development. The successful candidate will serve as the face of recruitment on TikTok Live, engaging potential creators in real time, onboarding them into the network, and coaching them to generate consistent revenue. This role requires confidence on camera, a strong understanding of TikTok culture, and a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment & On-Camera Engagement

• Go live on TikTok daily (approximately 2 hours) to recruit and engage new creators
• Represent our client professionally on camera
• Identify and onboard high-potential creators

Creator Training & Monetization

• Train and coach newly onboarded creators on content, engagement, and monetization
• Graduate 1–2 creators per month to generate $1,000+ in monthly diamond revenue
• Drive $5,000+ in monthly diamond revenue from new recruits within their first 3 months

Performance Ownership & Execution

• Own recruitment performance and revenue outcomes independently
• Track creator progress and optimize recruitment and training strategies
• Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Required Profile

• Comfortable being on camera and live on TikTok
• Strong understanding of TikTok creator culture and live streaming dynamics
• Experience in sales, recruitment, community management, or creator operations
• Highly self-disciplined, independent, and results-driven
• Confident communicator with strong personal presence

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• $5,000+ monthly diamond revenue from creators recruited within the last 3 months
• 1–2 new creators per month graduating to $1,000+ in monthly revenue
• Consistent daily TikTok Live recruitment activity
