Executive Assistant
- Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing calendars, completing expense reports, preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans and itineraries, prepping daily/weekly meeting agendas and ensuring schedule coordination is completed for business and personal matters.
- Organize and attend team meetings within the business organization, keeping meeting notes and publishing decisions and action items.
- Be highly adept at multitasking, managing extensive scheduling, as well as proactively prepare for meetings and follow through.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Partner with other Executive Assistants at the company to coordinate cross-department meetings and 1:1s.
- Orchestrate team all-hands, offsites, and other department led events.
- Use sound judgment and common sense to resolve most questions and problems independently, referring only the most complex issues to higher levels.
- 3-5 years of executive support experience.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executives and internal departments; demonstrating leadership, trust and credibility.
- Assist in follow-up of emails and calls; ability to exercise the utmost discretion on all matters.
- Assist in all meeting preparation; at times external research may be required.
- Develop, enhance, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents, including contacts, meeting notes, reports, charts, agreements, correspondence, and presentations with 100% accuracy. This includes communication and correspondence that may be of complex and confidential nature.
- Thrive at working under pressure with the ability to handle a wide variety of activities with great discretion and professional poise.
- You have solved complex and simple problems and you love to use your innate entrepreneurial spirit to fix what’s broken.
- You are adept at organizing information, structuring ideas and synthesizing themes into a simple narrative.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- You know your way around Google Sheets and Slides.
