You’ll become the Guesty optimization expert for a dynamic property management business, taking ownership of multiple Airbnb listings and driving their performance to new heights. This role offers the opportunity to master one of the industry’s most sophisticated property management platforms while directly impacting revenue for multiple properties. You’ll work with a business owner who recognizes the complexity of Guesty and values specialized expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple Airbnb listings using the Guesty software platform
• Implement advanced optimization strategies to improve listing performance and visibility
• Navigate and utilize the comprehensive features within Guesty to maximize bookings
• Monitor listing analytics and adjust settings for optimal revenue generation
• Coordinate listing management across multiple client properties
• Stay current with Guesty platform updates and new optimization opportunities
• Support overall property management operations for client portfolios
• Collaborate with the business owner on strategic optimization approaches

Requirements

• Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with Guesty software platform (essential)
• Understanding of Airbnb listing optimization strategies and best practices
• Experience with property management software systems and workflows
• Strong analytical skills for performance optimization and data interpretation
• Ability to learn and adapt to complex software platforms quickly
