Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with experience in social media management, digital promotion, and brand alignment. This role is focused on increasing online visibility, engagement, and qualified interest through compliant and strategic content execution.

The ideal candidate is creative, consistent, results-driven, and comfortable working with private or niche brands while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and platform compliance.


Job Highlights

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain consistent posting across multiple platforms

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand tone and messaging

  • Create captions and visuals that are subtle, compliant, and effective

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement as directed

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Paid Advertising Support (Meta-Focused)

  • Upload and manage Facebook/Instagram ads following platform compliance guidelines

  • Assist with testing, refining, and optimizing ad creatives

  • Flag performance trends and provide basic insights

  • Ensure ads remain compliant and avoid account issues

External Platform Promotion

  • Post and manage content on approved third-party platforms

  • Funnel interest back to the main brand channels

  • Follow brand guidelines and consistency standards

Creative & Brand Collaboration

  • Design promotional content and visuals using Canva

  • Work closely with ownership to maintain brand consistency

  • Implement feedback quickly and efficiently

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and tone


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and basic ad compliance principles

  • Strong Canva design skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting private, niche, or members-only brands

  • Familiarity with performance tracking and engagement metrics

  • Prior experience with content promotion or digital marketing support
