Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities

Enter data from scanned forms and surveys into spreadsheets and organizational systems

Process application responses and identify missing or inconsistent information

Complete compliance forms and upload required documents to maintain organizational standards

Organize and manage files in shared drives for seamless team access

Create weekly activity reports summarizing completed tasks and progress

Review documents for discrepancies and proactively flag issues requiring attention

Organize receipts and financial documents for accounting team processing

Design basic flyers and announcements using Canva for internal communications

Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Critical thinking skills to identify inconsistencies and missing information

Excellent organizational and file management abilities

Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation

Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues

Experience with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
