This position supports a beauty clinic by managing both sales activities and daily administrative functions. We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-oriented, and confident in handling sales interactions as well as clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for clinic services
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into bookings
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and other relevant channels
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Keep accurate records of appointments and client interactions
- Provide operational support as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales background
- Experience in customer service, sales, or beauty clinic/medical administration is an advantage
- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for client interactions
- Ability to multitask and work independently
