E-commerce Coordinator

Work Schedule:
  • Flexible 40-hour week (As E-commerce is 24/7)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute a yearly social media strategy across all platforms (pre and post launch)
  • Create a social media plan/strategy include: Color pallet, style, key posting times for each social platform (pre launch)
  • Create and schedule social media posts and stories (color editing images and videos to suit social media plan) using existing photo and video content (pre and post launch)
  • Create a cohesive theme for the brand online (pre and post launch)
  • Handle customer service and client experience management (post launch)
  • Engage with social media audience and respond to inquiries (pre and post launch)
  • Inbox monitoring and client responses (post launch)
  • Perform basic Shopify e-commerce management tasks (Post launch)
  • May need to draft a returns policy (Pre launch)
  • Conduct spot monitoring and tracking of social media performance (pre- and post launch)
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars (pre and post launch)
  • Assist with SEO optimization efforts (pre and post launch)
  • Support brand building activities in preparation for launch (post launch)
  • Manage customer communications and inquiries across all channels (pre and post launch)
  • Organizing business back end structured filing system files/folders/record keeping to ensure it’s easier to find things and update (will be accessible through a dropbox) (pre and post launch)
  • Basic bookkeeping (pre and post launch)
  • Set up financial spreadsheet of all expenditure past/present that’s easy to read and visually clean (pre launch)
  • Finish business plan (pre launch)
Requirements
  • Experience with and strong social media management and strategy development
  • Basic e-commerce platform knowledge, preferably Shopify
  • Strong communication skills for customer service interactions
  • Creative skills for content creation and social media engagement (working knowledge of Canva, capcut other creative programs)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
