Job Description:

You’ll be the first voice potential gym members hear, converting warm leads into loyal customers through strategic phone-based sales conversations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing fitness business where your sales skills will directly impact the success of a brand-new gym location. You’ll work with a steady stream of qualified leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries, with the flexibility to earn commissions based on your conversion success.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert warm leads into gym memberships through phone-based sales conversations
  • Follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries using established CRM system
  • Conduct lead nurturing activities to maintain engagement with prospects over time
  • Perform cold calling to reach out to prospects who haven’t been contacted yet
  • Follow up with previous inquiries on a monthly basis to re-engage potential members
  • Manage and track all prospect interactions within the gym sales CRM portal
  • Support business development activities during pre-sale and ongoing marketing periods
  • Adapt to varying lead volumes from high-activity pre-sale period through ongoing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in telesales and lead conversion
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage lead pipeline effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and phone dialer tools
  • Available for minimum 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Motivated by sales commissions
  • Bonus if you have experience in fitness, gym membership, or health club sales
  • It helps if you have experience with lead nurturing and business development activities
