This position combines your design expertise with commercial real estate knowledge, working directly with an AI-powered platform to create professional marketing materials that help showcase million-dollar properties. Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance professional slideshows for commercial real estate properties using client-provided data
• Design offering memorandums that effectively communicate property value propositions to potential investors
• Utilize Canva and Google Slides to produce high-quality visual presentations and marketing materials
• Review and organize commercial real estate data to determine relevant information for property showcases
• Ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and effectively highlight key property features
• Collaborate with the AI technology team to understand specific client requirements and presentation preferences
• Maintain consistent design standards across multiple property presentations
• Adapt quickly to company-specific training and processes for optimal presentation creation

 

Requirements:

• Domain knowledge in commercial real estate, particularly understanding of offering memorandums and property marketing concepts
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Slides for professional design work
• Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours with reliable availability
