Role Name: Korean-English Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time with an hour unpaid break

Job Description:
You’ll be the voice and first point of contact for patients seeking dermatology care, ensuring they receive exceptional service in their preferred language. This role combines medical reception duties with virtual assistant responsibilities, making you an integral part of a healthcare team that truly values diversity and patient-centered care. You’ll help bridge language barriers while supporting the practice’s mission to deliver quality dermatological services to communities that need culturally competent care.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient communications and reception duties in English and Korean
- Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Assist with patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up communications
- Provide administrative support for dermatology practice operations and patient records
- Support various virtual assistant tasks as assigned by the practice management team
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare communication standards
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless patient experience across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in both your native language and English
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for patient interactions
