Junior Client Acquisition Specialist

Schedule: 20 hours/week | Monday – Friday | 4 hours/day 
 
Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM Ottawa Hills, OH Time (Supporting Ottawa Hills, OH – Eastern Time)
 
Role Overview
The client is looking for an ambitious Junior Client Acquisition Specialist. This is a high-growth role for someone looking to master the "Hunt and Close" sales model. You will be responsible for finding new leads, presenting our marketing solutions, and closing deals. This is a hybrid role acting as both an SDR and an AE.
 
Responsibilities
  • Outreach: Conduct sales calls and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Presentations: Lead sales meetings and present tailored marketing solutions.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • CRM Management: Track all activities in GoHighLevel (GHL) and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with our creative team to understand our service lines (SEO, Social, Web, etc.).

Non-Negotiables (Junior Level)

  • Responsiveness: Respond to all leads within 2 hours during your shift.
  • Volume: Maintain at least 20 active prospects in your pipeline.
  • Transparency: Use our internal time tracking system daily to log activities and progress.
  • Deadlines: Submit weekly pipeline reports every Friday by 5 PM.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a "hunter" mindset.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO/Social Media) is a major plus.
  • High coachability—someone who welcomes feedback and structured tracking.
