Role Overview

The Creative & Content Lead (Creative Designer) will play a key role in shaping and executing the visual identity and content output of the company across digital platforms, events, and global campaigns. This role combines hands-on creative production, website content management, and cross-team collaboration to ensure all brand assets meet a high standard of quality, consistency, and impact.
 
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with experience in B2B or event-driven environments, capable of translating complex ideas into compelling creative assets while maintaining brand governance and delivery timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design

  • Design high-quality digital and print materials, including emails, banners, toolkits, social media visuals, presentations, and event signage.
  • Edit and produce video content such as hype reels, speaker clips, testimonials, and short-form promotional videos.
  • Maintain and evolve the CxO Institute brand style, ensuring consistency across all global campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Develop reusable templates and design systems in Canva and Google Slides for cross-functional team use.
  • Manage version control, folder structures, naming conventions, and asset organisation within shared drives.

2. Website Content Management & Publishing

  • Upload, update, and maintain website content using WordPress, including event pages, blogs, and video libraries.
  • Convert raw materials (speaker transcripts, reports, audio recordings) into polished, high-quality downloadable assets.
  • Optimise layouts, visuals, and on-page elements for SEO best practices and accessibility standards.

3. Cross-Team Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on campaign go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.
  • Provide branded creative toolkits and visual assets to Sales and Delegate teams.
  • Support sponsor deliverables, including co-branded visuals, video interviews, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate with the Production team on live event collateral, event signage, and same-day video edits.

4. Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain a clear production calendar and ensure all creative milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Track and report on content production status, social engagement metrics, and overall brand quality.
  • Attend weekly marketing performance reviews and post-event debriefs.
  • Contribute to the annual Marketing Playbook by suggesting and implementing creative and process improvements.

 

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in creative and web design.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
  • Strong understanding of video production and editing workflows.
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing content on WordPress and YouTube.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing B2B and/or event-related design work.

Desirable

  • Experience in event marketing or the technology sector.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword optimisation, and metadata.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and scalable brand templates.
  • Ability to edit and refine copy for tone, clarity, and visual alignment.
  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts or a related discipline, providing strong technical creative foundations.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in creative design and content production.
