Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative focused on Partner Development, you’ll play a key role in expanding a national reseller network by identifying, qualifying, and enabling partner organizations to successfully carry a technical solution to market.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in high-outbound environments, enjoys turning first conversations into long-term partner opportunities, and wants to grow from appointment setting into running full sales cycles.
You’ll work closely with leadership teams to manage partner pipelines, run discovery conversations, support presentations, and ensure every qualified partner is set up for long-term success. This is a fully remote role in a collaborative and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Prospecting & Pipeline Growth

Identify and engage prospective reseller and referral partners across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)

Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline

Execute sequencing and follow-up strategies to drive conversations and conversions
Partner Qualification

Assess prospect fit based on customer base, market alignment, and sales capability

Determine readiness to sell and support technical solutions

Confirm compatibility with partner profile requirements and revenue goals
Presentations & Enablement Support

Conduct virtual discovery meetings and initial product overviews

Clearly communicate value proposition, pricing structure, and partner expectations

Assist in coordinating demos, webinars, and technical walk-throughs with internal teams
Negotiation & Closing Assistance

Participate in discussions around pricing, margins, and agreement terms

Secure signed partnership agreements and confirm onboarding readiness

Support partner handoff into the next onboarding phase
Relationship Development

Nurture and build rapport with newly qualified partners

Assist with early deal support and guide partners on next steps

Identify opportunities for future upsell, ongoing sales support, or additional collaboration
CRM Discipline & Reporting

Log all prospecting activities and communications within the CRM

Track progress across pipeline stages and quota coverage

Provide weekly outreach, conversion, and partner-status reporting
Requirements
Experience & Sales Capability

Experience in inside sales, B2B prospecting, outbound SDR/BDR work, or channel/partnership development

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Confidence speaking with decision-makers and presenting over video
Tools & Systems

Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and relationship building

Skilled with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Meet)
