Job Overview
Our client is hiring a bilingual sales agent to handle inbound calls from prospects responding to direct mail campaigns. The role involves explaining a financing program, asking pre-qualifying questions, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, remote independent contractor position with a consistent weekday schedule.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EDT, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospects responding to direct mailers sent to them (expect around 40-60 calls a day)
- Explain the financing program being offered
- Get prospect details and book appointments on calendar
- Ask pre qualifying questions (scripts and training provided)
- Respond to client inquiries via call or email
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Experience booking appointments
- Ability to learn and explain financing program
- Strong sales skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
