GHL Operations & Growth Manager (Real Estate Specialist)

Overview

We are seeking a GHL Operations & Growth Manager (Real Estate Specialist) to serve as the operational backbone of a real estate business and its "Community to CashFlow" program. This role combines CRM management, digital marketing, client communications, and growth-focused systems building. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to grow into a leadership role as the business scales. You will manage Go High Level (GHL) systems, optimize Google Ads, support clients, and ensure that daily operations run efficiently.


Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 25 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Growth & Marketing Operations

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic to the "Community to CashFlow" program

  • Oversee GHL community building: member engagement, access management, and performance monitoring

  • Provide performance reports on advertising spend, conversion metrics, and lead flow

CRM & Technical Systems

  • Maintain and audit the GHL CRM, including pipelines, tasks, and automated follow-up sequences

  • Build and maintain workflow automations to increase team efficiency

  • Utilize tools such as Canva, Loom, Gemini AI, and Google Workspace to create assets and streamline documentation

Client Interaction & Administrative Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and CRM

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to explain services and gather important client data

  • Manage calendars, appointments, webinars, and program deadlines

  • Prepare presentations and compliance documentation for the Real Estate program


Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience in the real estate industry with strong understanding of real estate terms and processes

  • Advanced knowledge of Go High Level (GHL): community management, workflows, automations, pipelines

  • Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (training will be provided)

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in client-facing interactions


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical operations, digital marketing, or as a Real Estate VA

  • Deep technical proficiency in GHL and familiarity with Google Ads

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities during a 5-hour daily shift

  • Growth mindset with interest in taking on increased responsibility as the business expands
