Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Insurance Specialist to join our remote team and help our practices run efficiently. In this role you will be performing insurance verification and eligibility checks for patients, rescheduling appointments when needed, and providing overflow call support. This is a key role that helps ensure excellent patient service.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm CDT with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  Client Timezone: Illinois time (CDT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for patients
• Proactively complete verification for upcoming appointments
• Work closely with office staff via online chat and calls
• Reschedule appointments when needed
• Handle patient call overflow when office staff is unavailable
• Take messages and ensure patient calls are returned promptly

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Solid data entry and organization abilities
• Proactive working style
  
• Must have a good to great attitude. Willing to be part of the team

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
