Spanish Bilingual Account Executive

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to close high-value deals and help customers succeed with our products and services.


Job Highlights

  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central European Time

  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

  • Contract: Independent Contractor

  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Close high-ticket deals ranging from $5,000 to $50,000+

  • Handle inbound warm leads and follow up with prospects

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and daily call volume goals

  • Negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM

  • Continuously improve performance through coaching and sales training


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a sales closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Proven track record in inside sales and B2B sales

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English

  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

  • Demonstrated success in outbound and warm calling

  • Self-driven, competitive, and able to work independently

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply coaching feedback

  • Strong customer-first mindset aligned with company values
