Job Description:
This is a senior, hands-on role combining full ownership of Ad Operations with day-to-day project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring campaigns launch correctly, on time, and without preventable issues.
This is not a coordination or support role. You will own the execution end-to-end — from brief to launch to reporting — while acting as the single point of operational accountability across creative, technical delivery, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Operations (Core Responsibility)

Own end-to-end ad operations using Celtra, CM360, and Google Ad Manager

Manage trafficking, tagging, approvals, and launch readiness

Conduct thorough pre-launch and post-launch QA to prevent delivery issues
-
Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, and discrepancy issues efficiently
-
Manage both publisher-side and brand-side delivery requirements
-
Reconcile CM360 and publisher reporting and clearly explain discrepancies
-
Ensure all campaigns launch cleanly, accurately, and on schedule
Project Management & Delivery Ownership

Own campaign timelines from brief through launch
-
Translate briefs into clear scopes, tasks, dependencies, and deadlines
-
Coordinate with creative, engineering, and internal stakeholders
-
Identify risks early and escalate with clear solutions
-
Maintain control over delivery without last-minute issues or fire drills
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary operational contact for clients during setup and delivery
-
Clearly communicate timelines, requirements, risks, and dependencies
-
Lead calm, structured communication during issues or delivery incidents
-
Translate technical ad operations details into clear client-facing language
-
Maintain client confidence through transparency, ownership, and follow-through
Process & Systems Improvement

Build and maintain operational systems, including:
-
Celtra builds and QA checklists
-
Trafficking and launch checklists
-
Naming conventions and documentation
-
Incident and escalation runbooks
-

Continuously improve workflows as campaign volume scales
Requirements (Skills):
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, or Ad Tech Operations

Deep, hands-on experience with Celtra (builds, QA, troubleshooting)

Strong working knowledge of CM360 and Google Ad Manager
-
Experience working across both publisher and brand environments
-
Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery independently

Strong client-facing communication skills
-
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and structured in execution
