Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking)
- Manage technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Plan and oversee content SEO strategies with writers or marketing teams
- Build and manage link-building and off-page SEO campaigns
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare SEO reports
- Identify and resolve SEO issues, penalties, or ranking drops
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist / SEO Expert
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (SEO perspective)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with content optimization and keyword intent
- Ability to work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
