TikTok Shop Coordinator (Affiliates + Content Coordination)

Role overview

We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Coordinator to run our TikTok Shop channel end to end, with a strong focus on affiliate/creator partnerships and consistent content execution.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok account and TikTok Shop presence, scale creator outreach using Reacher, coordinate product seeding workflows, follow up to ensure creators post on time, and organise UGC so it can be reused across marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creator workflows, writes strong outreach, and can turn TikTok into a reliable revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

1) Run TikTok Shop & Affiliates

  • Run the day-to-day operations of our TikTok account, including content publishing, calendar management, community engagement, and ensuring TikTok Shop products, links, and promotions are accurate and up to date.

  • Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate Center workflows, including affiliate approvals, product linking, commission setup, and creator coordination.

  • Source, recruit, and manage creators/affiliates end-to-end (outreach → product seeded → content posted → performance tracked).

  • Execute and manage product seeding workflows, including creator selection, address collection, shipment tracking, follow-ups, and confirmation of posted content.

  • Use Reacher to scale creator discovery, outreach, and follow-ups, while keeping messages on-brand and personalised.

  • Maintain a clean tracking sheet or CRM pipeline (statuses, creator info, addresses, shipments, post links, results).

  • Follow up to ensure posting timelines are met, collect assets and links, and keep high-performing creators active.


2) Content coordination & light creation

  • Repurpose top-performing affiliate and brand content for other channels as needed (e.g. Instagram Reels).

  • Perform basic editing of UGC content using CapCut or Canva (hooks, captions, key moments, CTAs).

  • Coordinate cross-platform posting with our Social Media Coordinator.


3) Reporting

  • Provide weekly updates on outreach volume, replies, active affiliates, content posted, and affiliate-attributed sales performance.


Must-have requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, influencer/affiliate marketing, or UGC programs.

  • Experience navigating the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and managing product seeding workflows.

  • Comfortable creating content (basic editing and consistent posting).

  • Strong written communication skills, able to write outreach that sounds human and on-brand.

  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple creator conversations without drop-offs.

  • Solid spreadsheet habits for tracking and simple reporting.

  • Experience working in Google Workspace.


Nice-to-have

  • Experience coordinating with Shopify or Amazon teams (inventory, promotions, product availability).
  • Experience building and maintaining a UGC library, including basic usage rights tracking.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop creator operations and affiliate collaboration workflows.
