Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours
Schedule: Flexible within client’s business hours (UK Time Zone)

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) to streamline lead management and automate customer journeys

  • Create and deploy AI-generated advertisements across social media platforms

  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate sales call scheduling with prospects

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate appointments across multiple business verticals

  • Develop and maintain social media presence with strategic content scheduling

  • Coordinate staff assignments and construction project scheduling

  • Create customer satisfaction reports and project documentation

  • Integrate and optimize booking platforms (Booking.com, online tour agencies)

  • Manage Stripe payment processing systems for tour bookings

  • Coordinate schedules between tour guides and transportation partners

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary client contact

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, particularly GoHighLevel or HubSpot

  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and online advertising

  • Proficiency with booking platforms, payment processing systems, and e-commerce tools

  • Excellent organizational abilities and calendar management expertise

  • Outstanding customer service skills with professional communication

  • Experience with recruitment processes and job posting platforms like Indeed

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across sectors

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
