Job Description
You’ll join a growing digital agency where your technical skills will directly impact client success across multiple industries. This role offers the perfect blend of structured learning and hands-on responsibility – you’ll start with comprehensive training during the slower December period, then take full ownership of client projects in January. You’ll work with both familiar platforms like WordPress and unique proprietary systems, expanding your technical expertise while contributing to a team that values adaptability and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance client websites across various industries and platforms
- Work with WordPress and Expression Engine CMS systems for ongoing client projects
- Adapt to and master proprietary CMS platforms used by automotive dealers
- Collaborate with Webpack and local build tools to manage CSS libraries across client sites
- Implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript
- Learn and navigate custom automotive dealer systems with unique configurations
- Ensure website functionality and performance across diverse client accounts
- Support the team during peak operational periods starting in January
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of web development experience with proven ability to handle workload independently
- Strong proficiency in HTML and front-end CSS development
- Solid JavaScript skills for interactive web functionality
- Experience with Webpack and local build tools for CSS library management
- Familiarity with WordPress and Expression Engine CMS platforms
- Bonus if you have Tailwind CSS framework experience
- It helps if you’re comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting to proprietary platforms
- You bring a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for diverse technical challenges
