Job Description

You’ll work directly with the founder to maintain business momentum and drive growth initiatives while supporting a premium personal styling service. Responsibilities

• Create compelling professional presentations, decks, and PDFs for client acquisition and business development
• Source and curate high-quality images for social media content, including seasonal fashion pieces and style inspiration
• Research and gather materials to support the social media team’s content creation efforts
• Execute strategic podcast outreach campaigns using platforms like Pod Match to increase brand visibility
• Implement efficient inbox management systems to streamline daily operations and reduce administrative overhead
• Provide calendar management support during high-demand periods
• Develop your aesthetic eye by studying specified style influencers and mastering brand guidelines
• Create engaging blog posts and downloadable guides that reflect the founder’s unique voice and expertise
• Support future client care initiatives including professional email communications, invoice processing, and contract management

 

Requirements

• Demonstrated creative abilities with hands-on experience in visual content creation and design
• Strong background or natural savviness in marketing, social media, and digital content strategies
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to specific aesthetic preferences and brand voice
