About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact, engaging with a sophisticated clientele to qualify prospects and secure qualified appointments for senior executives. This is more than appointment setting; it's a role that requires cultural nuance, professional acumen, and a deep understanding of consultative business development within the financial sector.
You will be supported by a dedicated back-office team handling all administrative follow-up, allowing you to focus purely on high-level outreach and relationship initiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via international cold calling, and professional WhatsApp for Business messaging to a high-net-worth and business-owner demographic.
- Professionally represent our client’s premium brand, articulating complex financial value propositions with clarity and confidence in both Mandarin and English.
- Qualify leads against specific financial and business criteria, ensuring only high-potential, prepared prospects are passed to the sales team.
- Meticulously manage and update all lead interactions, notes, and outcomes within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated support specialist who manages all post-contact email sequencing, scheduling, and lead nurturing.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly targets for qualified appointments set, directly contributing to the sales pipeline and company growth.
- Stay informed on key financial service offerings and market trends to engage in meaningful conversations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Mandatory: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, both verbal and written.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in outbound business development, appointment setting, or sales prospecting, preferably within financial services, wealth management, B2B services, or luxury sales.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills. You are persuasive, articulate, and can build instant rapport with an international, professional audience.
